Fridgy is an application designed for managing food products, allowing users to add products and receive notifications regarding expiration dates.

The application is available in free and Premium versions. See section 2.1 for Premium subscription details.

2.1. Premium Subscription

Fridgy offers a Premium subscription with the following conditions:

• Price: €0.99/month or €8.99/year
• The subscription renews automatically
• It can be cancelled at any time from the App Store or Google Play settings
• Payments are managed by Apple/Google — their refund policy applies

3. Eligibility

To use the application:

• you must be at least 13 years old
• you must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms
• the information you provide must be accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who do not meet these conditions.

4. Account creation and use

A user account is required to use the application.

The user is responsible for:

• keeping authentication data confidential
• all activity carried out within their account
• the accuracy of the information provided

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Permitted use of the application

Users agree to use the application in a lawful and responsible manner.

It is prohibited to:

• use the application for illegal purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application's systems
• use automation tools or other means that may affect the application's functionality
• introduce false, abusive, or misleading content

The user is solely responsible for the information submitted in the application, including:

• added products
• expiration dates
• personal settings

Fridgy does not verify and does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

7. Shared fridges

Fridgy allows users to share fridges with other users. When using shared fridges:

• all members of a shared fridge can view and modify the products within it
• each user is responsible for the content they add to a shared fridge
• the fridge owner can remove members at any time
• Fridgy is not responsible for disputes between users regarding shared fridge content

8. Service availability

Although we make efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the application, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.

The application may be:

• modified
• temporarily suspended
• updated or discontinued

without prior notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The Fridgy application is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law:

• we do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered on time or at all
• we are not liable for direct or indirect losses
• we are not liable for expired products or losses resulting from the use of the application

The user is responsible for checking products and their expiration dates.

10. Suspension or termination of the account

We reserve the right to:

• temporarily suspend the account
• permanently delete the account

in case of violation of these Terms or abusive use of the application.

The user may delete their account at any time through the application.

11. Intellectual property rights

The Fridgy application, including source code, design, logo, and graphic elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users do not acquire any rights over these elements.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law.

Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

13. Modification of the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms.

Modifications take effect from the date of publication in the application or on the website.

Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
